Transformational 1 on 1 Coaching (limited places)
One-on-one transformational coaching focuses on the key points mentioned above but allows in-depth transformation and includes the following:- 1. At the beginning of the process, we will sign a coaching agreement and input any agreed outcomes/measures of success. 2. Each session is based upon agreed objectives with the coachee, and they are expected to commit to any agreed action(s). 3. Access to online training modules of the Master Trainer Institute will be made available as appropriate as we progress through the identified needs. 4. Any relevant evaluation tools (additional fees may apply) 5. Fixed timeline of 6 months minimum (1 year preferably) 6. Fixed fee basis with unlimited contact (face-to-face, email chat phone, etc) between the coach and the coachee so that we can fully support and serve the coachee as they advance through the process

Middle leadership is the toughest job in a lot of organisations. You are the vital link between senior decision makers and the people at point of delivery.
You have to motivate and monitor your team whilst being monitored and motivated by your managers. You need to be trusted by colleagues above and below you in the hierarchy. You have to respond to demands from your bosses and pass on difficult messages to your team.
