Middle leadership is the toughest job in a lot of organisations. You are the vital link between senior decision makers and the people at point of delivery.

You have to motivate and monitor your team whilst being monitored and motivated by your managers. You need to be trusted by colleagues above and below you in the hierarchy. You have to respond to demands from your bosses and pass on difficult messages to your team.

  • Team Effectiveness Review - TER
    A questionnaire is completed with a facilitator by each team member and a comprehensive report created identifying areas to work on through team discussions or facilitated sessions. This provides teams with a unique opportunity to identify areas where they are strong and enable them to search incremental gains leading to high performing teams.


    Teambuilding workshops
    Customised workshops based upon your needs. We have a series of MTI exercises that help teams to explore things like, Planning Organising Leading Communicating and Achieving results. This can be linked to the TER.
     
    1 on 1 Coaching
    Only a limited number are accepted each year so that we can focus and go
    deep into the individual needs providing transformational change. Minimum 6 months with unlimited contact

    Facilitated Sessions
    We are a team of experienced facilitators who will create and deliver dynamic facilitated sessions that get results on a wide range of subjects.
    For example. Strategy sessions, problem solving, creative solutions team building, team strategy and planning.
