We will be your external expert business partner !
We will:
- help you build a training course or workshop from scratch, using your content. We will show you how to make sure the training supports your business strategy, and how to design it in line with the most effective learning methods
- give you feedback on existing training courses and workshops on their design; delivery and objectives- and suggest ways to make them more effective.
- deliver, or co-deliver, your training courses or facilitated workshops - anywhere in the world, in three different languages.
- provide support, guidance, feedback and training to your internal trainers and facilitators.
- advise you on L&D theory, methodology, media, approach and execution on an ad hoc basis – we’re always available to answer your questions by phone, email, or – our personal favourite – face-to-face over a coffee.
WHY?
Because you need:
- A credible external expert to bring an outside perspective, ask the right questions and challenge internal thinking about learning and development;
- Objective, constructive feedback on the design and/or delivery of your training course or workshop;
- Objective, constructive, one-to-one feedback on soft skills – especially for senior managers;
- An additional expert resource to support your learning and development initiatives, without the need to add to your headcount;
- An experienced neutral facilitator or trainer who will not be influenced by internal politics or functional bias.
WHO?
- First time HR / L&D managers who need support from an experienced professional in order to deliver results while simultaneously building their own skills and knowledge;
- Senior managers who can’t get the honest, agenda-free feedback they need from internal sources;
- Experienced HR / L&D managers who don’t have the time or internal resources to design and deliver training and workshops to the standards they demand;
- Line managers who are responsible for providing functional training but who don’t have the expert support they need to make sure it’s both strategic and effective;
- Anyone who wants to guide a group towards results, but also wants them to contribute their opinions and knowledge to the discussion.
