Mastering Middle Leadership (MML) is for anyone who wants to be the leader who is trusted and respected by their team members and senior managers. It is for people who want to focus on their ​workplace.

You will benefit from being the middle manager who can motivate their team and is delegated  important tasks by senior leaders. For example, if you have been disappointed with bosses who haven't been too good at communicating their messages to the workforce, you'll see how you can be the middle manager that changes that.

MML is also for senior managers who want to have a layer of leaders under them that can make their jobs more effective.
Having middle leaders that can be trusted to drive performance means that senior bosses are left to concentrate on the complex strategic issues. No more micro-management.

WHAT? 
MML is a 12 month programme of on-demand training modules that you can tailor to fit your needs.
You will be entitled to two coaching sessions per month as well as direct communication links to us.

The content will help you build confidence to take the lead in many situations. For example
  • settling disputes between colleagues
  • motivating difficult colleagues to get involved in change projects
  • looking and behaving like a leader 
  • building trust and respect
  • delegating properly to get the best from your team
  • negotiating and 'managing upwards'
